Sale & Storage Policy :
1- Agreed items are reserved as a minimum of 15% of the operating contract value
2 – The customer is not entitled to a refund of the value paid or modification of the model after spending a period of 48 hours from the date of order, but has a balance to be used in products of the company
3 – The customer has to make the full payment before 10 days from the delivery date.
4 – The company performs the storage service for a maximum period of one month and in the event of a delay in receipt, the customer must pay a storage value of 15% of the contract value for each additional month he is late
5 – In the event that the customer exceeds a period of 4 months and the goods are not received, the contract shall be considered null and void and the company has the right to dispose of the goods without any claim for the value paid by the customer.
6 – The customer has the right to set a date for delivery in case 35% of the contract value is paid
7-Customer has to Pay The measurement charge For The Company Incase The Deal is Cancelled.
- The company guarantees the internal content of the sofa for Three years
2- The company guarantees rails and hinges for a period of one year and in case of exceeding the period the company is not obliged to provide spare parts
- The company does not guarantee the electrical parts after delivery
Terms and Conditions for Curtain Purchases:
1-The customer has the right to exchange and return within 24 hours of signing the contract
2-The customer has to pay 50% of the value of the item to complete the signing of the contract
3-The contract value includes delivery and installation within the areas where our branches are located
4-The customer must pay the full contract before the delivery process
5-The company provides general maintenance service on the railways for a period of three years
The original invoice is required to provide maintenance service
